Kevin qualified with an honours degree in Physiotherapy in 1993. He worked in the NHS for 13 years where in his early days obtained a good grounding within all the key hospital disciplines within Physiotherapy. He specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 1994 in which field he has worked in since. Within the hospital environment he has worked on orthopaedic wards and specialist clinics with medical colleagues, out patients departments, clinics in GP surgeries and managed and mentored other, usually more junior Physiotherapists.


Kevin has worked in the private sector since 2006, assessing, diagnosing and where appropriate treating people with Musculoskeletal problems. His previous designation was a Consultant Physiotherapist. 


Amongst his other interests and achievements include:

// An unfinished PhD project investigating if children with hypermobile joints become prematurely arthritic.

// Former Public Relations Officer to the Chartered Society’s network groups involved in medico-legal work and soft tissue techniques.

// Has acted as an expert court witness in medico-legal cases 

// Took a sabbatical to Beijing China to study Tui Na and Traditional Chinese Medicine 

// Kevin has taught undergraduate modules in Physiotherapy and Manual Therapy at a post graduate level  

// Attended over 400 days of additional training after graduation as a Physiotherapist
